Day Six

Wow, it has been nearly a week. That is so hard to believe. We miss you so much Jesse. But know, we are doing just fine. We really do have some great friends here. Again, we did a combo dinner over at Jennifer and DJ's house. Like you each contribute something. It's great!

Day Five

First Day of School!

Emma was quite excited. Even at 7:30AM.

The teacher had paper and crayons out for the students so they could sit down and get active. Here is Emma at her seat. See the name tag on the table?!

I'm still dropping Christopher off until there is an opening at the correct head start. Where then he will take the bus. At this Head Start, no backpacks are allowed. Guess he will just have to use his at home or if we travel somewhere.

Here Chris is in his classroom. He is in the afternoon again (or at least right now). Instantly, he started playing.

Day Four

Sorry honey, I'm a little behind in getting these up for you. It's so hard not hearing from you but at least I know you are ok and I keep trying to remember that.


Oh look, Primas to ship out, LOL.

Day Three

Another day and still no word from you. It hurts only because I know others have heard from their husbands. But tonight I talked to Sgt Thompson's wife and she filled me in on a few things of what it is like at first. She also reassured me not to worry. So I am trying to keep my head up. I love you Jesse, always and forever!

This is my new buddy. He arrived today. A gift from Sabrina and family. They named him SSGT Jes. I hold him now when I cry for you. I love you Jesse! I miss you!

Day Two

Although I didn't hear from you Jesse, I do know your alright and for now that is good enough for me. I miss you so much! We had dinner tonight at Michele's. The kids had a great time playing. They still will ask for you from time to time and I don't see that stopping. Emma usually does it when she asks for something and I tell her no. She actually said she was going to call you.

Anyway, we are doing good in the long run. Todays pictures happen to be just after baths.


And yes this time, one of me. I have one from the first day but wanted to crop it down and gimp is giving me probs. I'll try again soon but I may just need to restart the computer. Of course I don't shut it down just in case you can get online Jesse.

Day One

So I am starting this blog specifically, to try and create an online year book for Jesse while he is away. Undecided yet, plus I have to figure it out either way, but this blog may become private and only viewable if I add you (which may be, just for Jesse, again, its undecided).

Sorry, I forgot to snap the kids pics before bed so this time, you get to see them sleeping. All in all they seem to be doing good although they have expressed they want their daddy. Oh and when we had to take some paperwork out to the office today, any plane they saw they would ask if their daddy was on it.

Oops I didn't realize it was all the way zoomed in. Still, a very sweet picture, I think anyway.
